About us

OSHEMAC is an accredited specialist Health, Safety, Environmental Management and Skills Development services provider. Established in 2016. OSHEMAC has overseen the development and implementation of SHEQ Systems for over a hundred organizations and has trained and empowered thousands of people over the years. 

We are accredited by the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA), Fibre, Processing and Manufacturing SETA (FP&MSETA), Education Training and Development Practices SETA (ETDPSETA) as well as being a corporate member of SAIOSH and have formed a consortium with other accredited training providers (Mzila Institute of Excellence and Africa Multiskills Training & Development) to maximize our offerings by making use of our collective accreditations to provide training, skills development and legal compliance.

Mukundi has been in the field of OHS for the past twenty (20) years. Mukundi has worked for and developed training materials/courses as a facilitator and auditor for organizations like TR Safety Consultants and NOSA. He has seen the implementation of OHSE Systems on mines including, “Thibakotsi” on ALL Harmony Gold operations (through The Adjustment Beareau), Lumwana Mine (Zambia), MMG Kinsivere (Lubumbashi DRC), Molo Mining Operations (Madagascar) among others. He brings practical hands on experience as an ETDP and OHSE PractItioner. 

Mukundi has previously been the CEO of two other organizations (Intellect Management & Training Consultancy and OnDemandMove)
